Telugu Congregation

In order to appreciate the growth of this congregation, one ought to be made aware of the early beginnings way back in 1965 when the Telugu speaking Christians were as few as fourteen.

Though the church has, from the year 1970, had about 31 visiting pastors, Rev. D. V. Daniel (1995-96) was the first resident pastor the congregation had. In December 1999, Rev William Carey was appointed as full-time pastor.

The members, now numbering 250 - 275 feel blessed as many of their needs are being met and the congregation is most hopeful of the future as they have many plans to improve their worship services and they look to God for continued blessings on their efforts.
