Theological Education
by Extension (TEE) began in 2002 with the specific aim of equipping
Christians in Bahrain – cutting across different churches and
denominations – with knowledge about the Word of God so they can grow
into maturity, and be able to teach, and encourage others. The first
batch of students (six ladies and three men) graduated on 17th
October 2004 and the second graduation took place on 19th
November 2005.
TEE offers the
following courses to enable Christians grow in their walk with God and
in their knowledge of his love and salvation. Chaplain Appu Varghese
provides oversight to the TEE ministry.
The TEE conducts
certificate courses of SEAN (Study by Extension for All Nations), UK and
TAFTEE (The Association for Theological Studies by Extension), India

LIFE OF CHRIST
– A Compendium of Pastoral Theology is a comprehensive two year program
covering the Life of Christ and the early years of the Church. It is
produced by SEAN, UK. New classes are scheduled to begin in July and
September.
UNDERSTANDING THE
BIBLE TODAY
is an advanced course, part of a degree level program (B.Th) which is
offered by THE ASSOCIATION FOR THEOLOGICAL STUDIES BY EXTENSION (TAFTEE)
India. Classes are scheduled to begin in September.
