A generous donation from the estate of Mrs. Westra Sr. facilitated the NEC library to be opened on October 1, 2006.  This library was begun to fulfill the need to promote Christian literature either through books or through ethical and/or bible-based movies.

The affairs of the library are taken care of by a Library committee with volunteers from NEC- English Language Congregation.  It is the vision of the committee that other member congregations will also join and make use of the library to enrich their Christian living.

The library is stocked with a variety of books to cater to different readers namely, Biographies, Christian Family Living, Devotional, Inspirational, Church Life, Teaching, and fiction for both adults and children.  We also have Christian DVDs and CDs.

Currently, the library is open as listed below

Fridays:
9.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m.
11:00 a.m to 11:40 a.m
7:00 p.m to 7:30 p.m


Sundays:
6:30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
8.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Library Fees:

BD 2 (single) per year.
BD 3 (family) per year.

(No other charge on renting books)

DVD Rental:  BD 5 for 10 DVDs.

Keeping in mind the Copyright Laws we do not encourage photocopying of books or copying in any manner and exhort all members to standby this policy.
